The website arakitacia.fr is published by the music band ArakitaciA, on a non-commercial basis.

The website is hosted by its publishers, on their own server, in France. The forms (contact, newsletter) rely on the Supabase database. The alert received for each new message goes through the Resend email delivery service.
The texts, photos, artwork, logos and music on this website belong to ArakitaciA or are used with their authors' permission. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited, except for the photos and logo of the press kit (EPK), which the press and promoters may freely use to promote the band.
Privacy
Contact form: your name, email address and message, only to reply to you. They are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, 12 months at most, then deleted.
Newsletter: your email address, only to send you the band's announcements (releases, shows, merch). It is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do in one click from each email or on the unsubscribe page. Legal basis: your consent.
This data is neither sold nor passed on. It is stored with Supabase, our technical processor.
The website sets no tracking cookies and uses no audience-measurement tool. Some elements are loaded from third-party services, which receive your IP address: the video (YouTube, in cookie-free mode) and the show calendar widget (Scenebase). The fonts are hosted on the website itself.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, at any time, by writing to arakitaciaofficial@gmail.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not being respected.
